The "About Tomorrow" CD
The old saying goes, "people don't care what you know until they know that you care." We not only want to help you communicate caring to families you have served, but to those you haven't met yet. Here's how we've partnered with other funeral homes to accomplish that:
- A Florida-based firm places newspaper and radio ads offering a free copy of our "About Tomorrow"® CD to anyone who requests it. It has become their number one source of new business and referrals.
- Other firms take the initiative to send a copy of the CD to every family in their service area that experiences a loss. Even if they have already chosen another mortuary this time around, there's no doubt that this caring gesture will be remembered next time the need arises.
